此次会面在十分亲切友好的氛围中进行。领事卢萍参赞积极评价澳华医学会提供的澳洲华人医疗专业交流平台,赞扬其在促进当地社区健康发展及医疗健康教育建设方面发挥的重要作用,同时也表示,中国总领馆愿继续为此提供支持和协助。会长林奇恩代表学会介绍了澳华医学会在澳多年来的发展、贡献与成就,也着重分析了澳洲华人的医疗保障现状,中西医结合情况以及中澳各方专业技术方面的合作。

双方本着服务在澳的华侨华人和中国公民的基础出发,为促进中国与新州医学领域交流合作、推动中澳关系发展作出积极努力。卢萍参赞坚持“以人为本、外交为民”理念,提出双方可以发挥主观能动性,以“由点及面”的方式推动世界华人医疗健康服务的未来。双方就这点交换意见,并进行了深入探讨和交流。总领馆热诚期待澳华医学会的进一步发展,尤其能够在不断深化的医疗国际化中积极发挥专家智囊作用,并凸显澳华医学会的澳洲本地特色和人脉。

会长林奇恩代表澳华医学会表示,作为澳洲的杰出医学会代表,诚挚地希望为华人医疗事业国际化合作尽心力。澳华医学会有极佳的地理优势和信息优势,并由澳洲中国双方支持,与中澳医学界无缝交流合作,可实现双方优势互补,尤其在人才交流和最新医疗科技发展的交流与合作方面能起到重要作用,从而使中澳两国,乃至全世界人民受益。

医疗权益保障是人民群众最关心的问题之一,推动澳洲华人的医疗保障,保证华人社区健康教育等一系列工作都需要多方配合进行,总领馆和澳华医学会任重而道远,必须砥砺前行。

澳华医学会ACMA 是澳洲专业华人西医团体会员人数最多的学会之一,成立于1990年, 是首个在澳洲成立的华人西医团体。为华人医疗界的专业交流、社区健康和医疗、华人健康教育服务等做出巨大贡献。澳华医学会也为政府的政策确立提供专业意见,大力提高澳洲华人的医疗服务和健康水平,在澳洲尤其是新南威尔士州享有盛誉。

Consul General of the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney cordially met with members of the Board of Directors of the Australian Chinese Medical Association

On the evening of August 28, 2018, Counselor Lu Ping (left fifth), Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney, and Deputy Consul Han Zixuan (sixth from left), on behalf of the Consulate General, met with Professor Lin Qien, President of the Australian Medical Association (ACMA). Senior Vice President Dr. Sun Jingle and Vice President of Foreign Affairs Cai Cheng are doctors and other board members including Dr. Li Chaohao, Dr. Yang Zirong, Dr. Tao Tao, Associate Professor Zhi Weibin and Professor Lin Weitao. This will greatly promote the protection of the people's basic medical rights and interests, improve the health education of the Chinese community in Australia, and bring more practical benefits to overseas Chinese and Chinese citizens in Australia.
 

The meeting was held in a very friendly and friendly atmosphere. Consul General Lu Ping actively evaluated the Australian Chinese medical professional exchange platform provided by the Australian Chinese Medical Association and praised its important role in promoting the healthy development of local communities and the construction of medical health education. It also stated that the Chinese Consulate General is willing to continue to this end. Provide support and assistance. On behalf of the Society, President Lin Qien introduced the development, contribution and achievements of the Australian Chinese Medical Association in Australia. It also analyzed the status of medical security in Australia, the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, and the cooperation between Chinese and Australian professionals.

Based on the basis of serving overseas Chinese and Chinese citizens in Australia, the two sides have made active efforts to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and NSW in the medical field and promote the development of China-Australia relations. Counsellor Lu Ping adhered to the concept of "people-oriented, diplomacy for the people" and proposed that both sides can exert their subjective initiative to promote the future of Chinese medical health services in a "point by point" manner. The two sides exchanged views on this point and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges. The Consulate General is looking forward to the further development of the Australian Chinese Medical Association. In particular, it can actively play the role of experts in the deepening of medical internationalization, and highlights the Australian local characteristics and contacts of the Australian Medical Association.

On behalf of the Australian Chinese Medical Association, President Lin Chien said that as the representative of the Outstanding Medical Association of Australia, I sincerely hope to do my best for the international cooperation of the Chinese medical cause. Aussie Medical Association has excellent geographical and information advantages, and is supported by both Australia and China. It can seamlessly exchange and cooperate with the Chinese and Australian medical circles to achieve mutual complementarity, especially in the exchange of talents and the latest medical technology development. The aspect can play an important role in benefiting the people of China and Australia and the people of the world.

The protection of medical rights and interests is one of the most concerned issues of the people. The Australian Chinese Medical Association ACMA is one of the largest members of the Australian Professional Western Medicine Group in Australia.
