Objects of the
Trust
a. The advancement of education in medicine and/or surgery
b. the undertaking of scientific research and studies in
medicine
and/or surgery
c. the dissemination of medical information to the public
d. the relief of poverty and distress of the sick and the elderly
e. the relief of hardship of the widowed, orphaned and others
in
need
f. the publication of learned articles in medicine and/or surgery
g. the organization of medical conferences seminars and other
forums in the advancement of medical
knowledge
h. the establishment and administration of scholarships,
bursaries and other forms of financial assistance to
promote and encourage the undertaking of
medical research and/or studies
i. the making of gifts, subscriptions or donations to other
publicly registered charities
